TG-bPass: How to Get an Approval For Building Permissions in TG

The Telangana State Building Permission Approval and Self Certification System (TS-bPass) was launched by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to replace the old Development Permission Management System (DPMS). TS-bPass facilitates the processing and approval of all layout and building permissions within Telangana through an online portal. The initiative aims to streamline and expedite the review and approval process for residential activities in the state. This system is part of a broader initiative by the state government, the Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self-Certification System (TS-iPass), introduced in July 2015 for granting online industrial building permissions. All About TS-bPass TS-bPass, introduced by the GHMC in February 2021, is a single-window approval system designed to simplify building permission rules in Telangana. The process is categorized into three distinct approval stages: instant registration, instant approval, and the single window phase. Instant Registration: For residential buildings on plots up to 75 square yards and with a height of up to 7 meters. Registration can be done with a token fee of Rs. 1. Instant Approval: For residential buildings on plots between 75 and 600 square yards with a height of up to 10 meters. Single Window System: For residential buildings on plots larger than 500 square meters with a height of up to 10 meters.
