Viking jewelry earrings

Most of these Viking jewelry pieces like the Viking Style Earrings were composed of more robust materials, including bones, wood, ivory (produced from walrus tusks), amber, glass, and precious and non-precious metals. Because wood was cheap, easy to carve, and abundant in northern Europe, it was the material of choice for Viking painters.
